Breath and Children

Our divine breath is something magical. It effects all inside us, but
also all around us.Especially with children it is an amazing thing, because
they still have a fresh memory of their divine breath that started from the
moment that they were born as a baby. Besides that, young children are very experience-focused and not very mind-focused as many adults are. So in general they have not yet created such big walls that keep them from feeling the now moment.

I work as teacher in kindergarten with children from 1.5 to 6 years old. I breathe before I work, I breathe during my work, I breathe after I work. I consciously invite my essence to fully participate with me in my job and that creates miracles. I play with the children and in between them with an open heart, and we enjoy each other very much. And when a child is afraid, hurt or it is just waking up I nurture them with my soul’s breath.

What happens is that they feel this compassionate breath and they start to feel safe and respected. After feeling this for a while, they easily get used to staying at the kindergarten instead of at home. They feel invited to open up and to just be who they are, and that encourages them to explore their world. Continue reading

Radiant Breath

By Norma Delaney

While in California years ago, I worked with the energy of Sai Baba.  He came to us as any of the other channeled energies come to humans, coming in to teach us a form of healing that he wanted to share with us.  He repeatedly came into our work/healing room for almost a year.

One of the key tools he awakened within me, besides words and touch, was the Radiance that can flow from the eyes.  He invited us to use this method with our workshops and private sessions so people who were open could begin to receive.  Others have spoken of the eyes being the doorway and window to the Soul, and this transmission of Radiance is pure Soul to Soul.  Continue reading

The Eyes of A Master

April 16, 2011
By Jean Tinder

I’ve been noticing something over the last weeks and months. It’s actually nothing new, but I’ve been seeing it with a broader and more personal vision. This “something” is the fact that the world around us very accurately reflects the world within us, and most of us understand this to one degree or another. I have also come to believe that this reflection can go both ways. In other words, by finding wholeness and balance within, we literally offer those same potentials to the rest of the world.

Something happened in my life recently that brought this home in a very pointed way. In this lifetime I have the privilege of being “mom” to four amazing people. Two of them are not yet grown and, for various reasons, live with their father and his partner. And, because they live far away from me, I’ve gone through many rounds of tears, pain, worry, and letting go around the fact that I only see them a few times each year. Even though I know they are thriving, my mother’s heart (i.e. “mommy aspect”) still frets and worries that I’m not protecting them, teaching them, helping them, or loving them enough. Adamus on Japan

Excerpts from channels given at the recent Kauai Mystery School, March 2011

This earthquake in Japan, what’s that about? I ask you in the highest form of compassion to feel the true value of what is happening. There’s a loss of life and a loss of property, but ultimately, nothing dies, and ultimately, all property goes back to its original energy. So go beyond.

First of all, please don’t feel a responsibility that you have to feel bad. Some of you think that in order to be good humans beings, you have to feel traumatized by these events or you have to feel bad. Not necessarily. I invite you to feel into it, but that doesn’t necessarily mean just sorrow. Feel into what’s really happening. Yes, obviously, many souls crossing over to our side, but they are being met by those who are trained to work with those crossing over, by family members, loved ones, angelic beings. Allow yourself to feel into the entire energy of what’s happening.

There will continue to be these types of nature events – storms, hurricanes, earthquakes – over the next couple of years. Everyone knows it. When this event happened, a tremendous amount of energy was released – Old Energy. The tsunami was a tremendous amount of energy going from Japan all the way to the United States, up and down the entire coast, and of course, coming right through here [Kauai] – another Lemurian center. The energy is still here, still in the area of Japan, and actually all over the world. The energies are still waiting and still available. Continue reading

Humanity’s Question

March 14, 2011
By Jean Tinder

As I write this it has been barely 24 hours since the devastating earthquake in Japan. I intensely felt the build up of energies over the preceding days, and today I feel the waves of chaos, fear, and dread as the world watches yet another disaster unfold.
We have been told by Adamus and others to expect these things – changes in the earth, the weather, the magnetics, even gravity – so when they happen we know to keep breathing. We know to honor the ones who have intimately participated in these events, even while the human suffering adds to the drama.

But this time, with the latest events, I also feel something different. There is another wave of emotion moving beneath the obvious, an indefinable thread weaving through the consciousness of humanity, and it carries a question most humans have no idea they are even asking.

“Did we fail again?”

I noticed it first in the energies of the ones who have transitioned in Japan, crossing over due to the earthquake and resulting tsunami. Then I began to feel it in humans across the earth, regardless of location, wealth, age, or beliefs. There are many humans who truly feel the end of the world is at hand, who rejoice in the expected soon coming of Jesus. There are also those who feel God is punishing the earth. And there are many more who don’t believe in that kind of God yet feel something big and unexplainable is happening. But underneath every façade, hidden from conscious awareness for most, I can sense a fear that “It’s happening again.” Because deep within our DNA we remember. Continue reading
