In his new book* Adamus Saint-Germain presents a completely new approach to life and awakening. And he explains what the only difference between him and us is:

“The difference between you and me is nothing more than a very thin line, an illusion. You stand on one side of the illusion, I stand on the other side. Everything else about us is the same. We started out as angels. We fought and we played long before Earth existed. We came to Earth. We experienced what it was like to be born into a physical body and have numerous incarnations. We experienced many different aspects of ourselves along the way, creating a variety of different lifetimes, different personalities and different identities.”

Going from there, Adamus outlines a practical path for re-integration of the totality of being, of the wholeness of consciousness, of the physical body and of aspects, of emotions and of mind, of soul and of spirit. Continue reading →

Today’s hot topic – How can a person get off anti-depressant medications?

We just finished the two-day “Beyond the Mind” workshop here in Finland. It was the ideal workshop in every way. About 80 Shaumbra came from around Finland, as well as Romania, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, France, Belgium and the UK. The venue was about an hour north of Helsinki, in a beautiful setting surrounded by lakes and forests. Our host, Irma Rantala, and her staff did a first-class job in handling all of the arrangements and details. And Adamus was spot-on with his message and delivery.

Much of Adamus’ focus this past year has been about the transition beyond the mind, into the Body of Consciousness. This theme has been woven into recent monthly Shouds and he talked at length about it at the Mental Imbalance Symposium in southern California in April.

Neither Adamus or Tobias have dwelled on ascension “do not” lists, instead choosing to remind us to live fully and abundantly rather than bogging us down with a long list of things we shouldn’t do. But at the top of both of their short lists is the suggestion (and only a suggestion) that Shaumbra should not take pharmaceutical medications for depression and anxiety. At the same time they mention that symptoms of depression, anxiety and loss can be part of the awakening process.    Continue reading →

Adamus on Japan

Excerpts from channels given at the recent Kauai Mystery School, March 2011

This earthquake in Japan, what’s that about? I ask you in the highest form of compassion to feel the true value of what is happening. There’s a loss of life and a loss of property, but ultimately, nothing dies, and ultimately, all property goes back to its original energy. So go beyond.

First of all, please don’t feel a responsibility that you have to feel bad. Some of you think that in order to be good humans beings, you have to feel traumatized by these events or you have to feel bad. Not necessarily. I invite you to feel into it, but that doesn’t necessarily mean just sorrow. Feel into what’s really happening. Yes, obviously, many souls crossing over to our side, but they are being met by those who are trained to work with those crossing over, by family members, loved ones, angelic beings. Allow yourself to feel into the entire energy of what’s happening.

There will continue to be these types of nature events – storms, hurricanes, earthquakes – over the next couple of years. Everyone knows it. When this event happened, a tremendous amount of energy was released – Old Energy. The tsunami was a tremendous amount of energy going from Japan all the way to the United States, up and down the entire coast, and of course, coming right through here [Kauai] – another Lemurian center. The energy is still here, still in the area of Japan, and actually all over the world. The energies are still waiting and still available. Continue reading →
