Find Your Real Voice

To discover and truly find your real voice is to realize a multi-dimensional reality that comes into balance within oneself. I have worked with the physical voice in what I have called “Voice Opening; Find Your Real Voice” for over 20 years. In this endeavor the greatest discovery I have found in creating and teaching this voice opening technique, is that when anyone finds their true speaking or singing voice, there has been a balance and harmonious growth pattern in all areas of their being, be it physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. The alignment of working with a healthy breath and using one’s power correctly to make an innocent pure sound, along with being absolutely present, seems to naturally bring one’s whole being into balance. This is something that you actually do and not something that you think about.

When you laugh there is a natural jiggle and energy in the upper stomach area. When you cry, the same happens but the energy is more contracted. What is noticeable is that the emotional source is felt there as well. When you yawn it comes from this area and you always breathe perfectly into the diaphragm up under the rib cage. This simple re-awakening of where your power source comes from brings you back into your center power and when you actually do vocal exercises using this source the difference in the sound is natural, rich and pure. Shaumbra Heartbeat – Back to Basics

As I write this, I can still “hear” the surf and “see” the beautiful colors of Kauai, having just returned from the Advanced Sexual Energies School (ASES) with Adamus and about 70 Shaumbra. What an amazing experience! In fact, if it didn’t already have a title, I would have called it the “Enlightenment workshop,” because that’s pretty much what it was about.

Adamus began the School by asking, “What price enlightenment?” In other words, “What are you willing to give up to realize your ascension?” He has asked this question many times in various settings, but recent events had made it particularly poignant this time. Attendees were asked if enlightenment was worth paying $100, or losing one’s beauty or youth, or even losing arms and legs. Sometimes these questions irritate me because, if he ever asked me, I would say I have given up pretty much everything in pursuit of my enlightenment (even though it somehow never seems to be enough). But “What price enlightenment?” is an important question right now, because I can feel a lot of Shaumbra teetering right on the “edge” of their ascension, myself included. Continue reading →

Lifescapes – Global Trends thru 2020

You don’t have to be psychic to predict what’s trending in the world. Just take a look at the major influences in our lives and you’ll be able to calculate the effects into others parts of society. Here’s my tongue-in-cheek gaze into the crystal ball from now until 2020 based on two of the biggest factors that shape our lives.

Factor 1: Energy
The world is running low on oil supplies, especially with emerging economies like China, India, Brasil and Russia gobbling up billions of barrels of earth blood to support their new lifestyles. Prices will rise, strange political alliances will form, and spot shortages will become a way of life.

Factor 2: The Internet
The public Internet is less than 20 years old but it’s already made dinosaurs out of the Post Office, record stores and the Encyclopedia Britannica. Internet usage will double every few years as technology becomes faster and cheaper, and as oil becomes more expensive than Grey Goose Vodka.

“Probabilities & Potentials” – New from Adamus!

Probabilities & Potentials

In this dynamic presentation, Adamus talks the “reality tube” that we have created and are currently living within. He states that, “The tube represents probabilities. [It] is the very thing that says that your tomorrow is probably going to be very similar to your yesterday. It is very predictable.” Things like living a certain number of years, experiencing health challenges, relationship issues, and karma are what we can expect to encounter within this tube of predictable probabilities.

Adamus then states that, “You can change the destiny of your own probabilities right now.” When humans expand beyond the reality tube, “You have the potential to go beyond your probabilities. You have the potential to choose what resonates in your heart. You have the potential to have joy and happiness and completion and fulfillment, or the potential to continue living and experiencing in this tube, in this limited tube of probabilities.”

After explaining the differences and attributes of your probabilities as well as your potentials, Adamus then leads the listener through what he calls a DreamWalk. It is a beautiful experience of expansion and of tapping into the potentials that exist beyond the current reality tube.

Adamus asks:

“What will it be – probabilities or potentials? What will it be – making conscious choices or just living tomorrow as you lived yesterday? What will it be – seeing out into this night sky of all the stars that are there or just seeing a few limited little stars? It’s up to you – totally up to you. You have the empowerment to choose whichever you want.”

The Grace of Change

Change is an interesting thing. It is fundamental to our very existence, yet we do our best to avoid it. We want it, and we also fear it. We hope it happens, but only in certain ways. Consciously choosing to allow or even embrace change is not the easiest thing to do because, well, that’s how we set it up.

Part of the whole reason we came to Earth in the first place was because change does happen so slowly here. We came into physical reality because, instead of going faster than the speed of thought, our choices, actions and experiences are now slowed down to a rate where we can poke, prod and scrutinize them in nauseating detail. But with the New Energy and consciousness expansion, the rate of change is speeding up, and I have a hunch we can work with it now instead of against it.

During the recent Egypt tour, on the boat one evening Adamus talked about the Egyptian god Set. All the Egyptian gods represented archetypal energies, and Set represented evil and destruction. But what he really represented was change. We each came to Earth with a sort of prime directive from our Soul: to experience, understand and evolve, which of course involves a considerable amount of ongoing change. How SES Changed my Life

I have attended a lot of workshops in my life. Some of them have been very profound and life-changing experiences, some have been educational, and some, well, let’s just say that they didn’t live up to their promises. When Tobias first created the Sexual Energies School I knew right away that it was something I needed to do, but it took me more than a year—and two failed relationships and a very broken heart—before I was willing to spend that much money on learning to love myself.

As it happened, when things got so bad that I had nothing else to do and I could feel my soul begging me to take the class, I had no money. But there was a class coming to my area and I knew I needed to be there, so I made the decision to attend and informed the teachers of that intention. And, as always happens when you make an unequivocal decision from your heart, the money showed up just in time. Continue reading →

It was said by Tobias that technology follows consciousness. As our human consciousness evolves, new technologies are birthed to meet our new needs and capabilities.

When consciousness took a leap after World War II, new technologies like jet and space travel came to be. When consciousness took another leap in the 60’s the computer age was birthed a few years later. The World Wide Web came to light in the early 90’s, just a few blinks after the Harmonic Convergence in 1987.  With a little research on the Internet one could track consciousness shifts and the resulting technology breakthroughs.
